Customers may pay the applicable product amount and delivery charges upon receiving the product, subject to the order's eligibility for COD.
3. BDT 100 Advance Payment
For certain orders, Avirah Shop may require a BDT 100 advance payment before confirming or dispatching the order.

Once the delivery person has left the customer's location after a successful delivery, Avirah Shop will generally not be responsible for claims regarding visible physical damage, product mismatch, or replacement that could reasonably have been identified during delivery inspection.
Customers are therefore responsible for carefully checking their product before accepting the delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a delivery service, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Repeated cancellations may affect future order eligibility and may result in an advance payment requirement for future orders.
8. Return Delivery Charges
If an order is refused or returned for reasons not caused by Avirah Shop, the applicable delivery charge will not be refunded.
Any additional return or delivery-related costs may be charged to the customer depending on the circumstances.
9. Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability, specifications, images, descriptions, and prices may change without prior notice.
